Michigan CPL Class – Saturday – $125
I have patience with the learning process. Not having the background one might expect, I feel I have an advantage of teaching a class from a newer to guns students’ perspective. Being female, I understand different aspects when it comes to dressing while carrying concealed. I feel it’s important to give one on one attention, not fill as many seats as the room holds. Kent County Conservation League is a beautiful private range, surrounded by wilderness. The classroom is large and private, so the students feel very comfortable in my classroom.

Common questions
Do I need any experience?
No. Working with new gun owners is the specialty here. The class starts with how a firearm works and how to check whether it is loaded, and you are coached at your own pace.
Do I need my own gun?
No. A variety of firearms and ammunition are available to use for the class for $50, and Angela will help you pick one that fits your hand. If you do own a pistol, bring it along with your ammunition.
Is this class approved for a Michigan CPL?
Yes. This is the USCCA Concealed Carry and Home Defense Fundamentals course, which the State of Michigan recognizes for the CPL. It runs one day, 8:00am to 5:00pm, with classroom instruction and live fire.
Is this a women only class?
No. Classes are co-ed and everyone is welcome.
What happens after class?
You leave with your certificate. Take it to your county clerk with the application fee, submit your fingerprints, and your license arrives in the mail.
